of food and other decisions.

Public Visitors:

Donations accepted at the gate.

Participants:
--NMLRA members and spouse
or significant other - $60 each
--Non-members - $70 each
--Children 17 and younger - free
Registration at gate - add $25
per adult
--Early set-up - $5/day per
adult if not pre-registered

Commercial Traders and Commercial Blanket Traders In 2023 the rules have changed. There will not be a Sutler / Vendor designated area and early Tuesday setup has been discontinued. Wednesday setup will be the standard and with individual registrations only, but you must mark on your registration form if you intend to sell goods. Since Trader fees have been removed both sellers must comply with trade rules.

Information

Rendezvous Rules
All NRLHF rules and regulations apply.
Please help us keep this event primitive. Clothing, lodges and accoutrements must be from the period 1640-1840 in North America.

No modern footwear or sunglasses may be worn unless medically required. Period eyeware is encouraged. Hearing protection is encouraged on the shooting range.

No modern weapons permitted.

Artillery must be inspected in advance of firing, and may be used only in designated areas.

Propane, kerosene, lighter fluid and similar flammable materials are not permitted.

No smoking in hooters.

Do not do dishes or rinse chamber pots at water stations. This causes a serious sanitation risk.

Other information: Please tie trash bags for pickup. DO NOT dump contents of chamber pots into trash bags. Needles must be properly discarded.

Handicapped participants must abide by rendezvous rules as much as possible. Carts and walkers are allowed.

NRLHF follows ADA rules for service dogs. No pets are allowed on the grounds.

Photography equipment must be covered when not in use. NO flash photography.

A minimum of 2 gallons of water is required in an open container within 5 feet of fire pits, braziers and other open flames.

Do not cut live trees or brush.

People in possession of furs, feathers and other wildlife parts should contact the Ohio Department of Natural Resources District 2 office for legality questions, 419-424-5000.

Conduct which disrupts the peace and order of camp may result in expulsion from the event. Stealing, fighting and illegal drug use WILL result in expulsion.

Ice will be available for purchase and delivered daily.

Toilet facilities will be portable toilets. No showers are available.
